The festival site is very accessible and is nice and flat. We have an easy access disabled toilet inside the hall on the site.
Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 21
Children must not be left in any of the festival areas alone at any time – they receive a paper wristband on entry and you should write an adult’s phone number on the wristband should we need to contact you.
Please be prepared to show proof of age when buying alcohol.
The following forms of identification are accepted:
• Passport (Not a photocopy)
• Photographic Driving Licence
• Cards bearing the PASS hologram
Your safety is our priority and we’ve put in place all necessary measures to maximise public safety. All festival-goers will be subject to bag searches. Please be patient and pack light! We strongly advise you do not bring a bag into the festival area to avoid queues.
There is VERY limited, on-site car parking, we cannot guarantee a place, so please lift share, use a taxi, the bus, our bus stop called ‘Besthorpe opposite Morley turn’ 13 Turquoise Line is only a short walk via a pavement at the end of the road served by the First Bus Service and we’re only a short taxi journey away from two main train stations at Wymondham and Attleborough. Disabled parking is available. When arriving and leaving please respect our neighbours, thank you.
Please pay if possible by Card/Contactless Payment at the Wolf Brewery Real Ale & Cider Bar and the Smith & Pinching Gin Bar, most Street Food Stalls and most Makers Market Stalls also accept card payments, but you may want to bring some cash just in case.
Unfortunately there is no facility for camping, campfires or barbecues for visitors. There are plenty of local campsites including Walnut Tree Meadow Camping, Wymondham, Chestnuts Campsite, Fundenhall, Glamp & Tipple, Attleborough, more here UK Campsite Guide for Campers and Caravanners, Airbnb’s and hotels nearby.
With so many young children running around, dogs are not allowed on site.
Please do not bring your own food and drink as there are plenty of bars and street food stalls to provide this for you, we have a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and coeliac options, all for sale at very reasonable prices and we are raising money for our charities by charging the traders a pitch fee, so please support them – see our fantastic street food vendors who we have handpicked to join us to serve you delicious, tasty food – here Food & Drink for all the details.
Bags will be checked on the gate, any food or drink found will be placed securely for you to collect after the event. NO ALCOHOL is permitted. NO GLASS is permitted for your safety and particularly with so many little ones running around. Tap water is available through the day on request via the First Aid Tent.

14’s and under are FREE with a valid FREE Kids Ticket and an accompanying adult over 21 with a valid ticket. Kids receive a wristband on entry and you should write an adult’s phone number on the wristband should we need to contact you.

We are sorry, but tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, re-sold or refunded.
We have security staff patrolling the event for your safety and security.
All public, working enclosed spaces, tents and marquees on site are no smoking. This includes electronic cigarettes. If you do smoke, please use the orange sand buckets around the site or the cigarette bin on the front of the hall to dispose of your cigarette ends, thank you.

We have toilets both outside and inside including an easy access disabled toilet and baby changing facilities located inside the hall.
You can drive to the festival, preferably car sharing as the parking is very limited and cannot be guaranteed, the postcode is NR18 9SU for your SATNAV – we are on Golf Links Road or use 13 – Turquoise Line bus that drops you just around the corner , the bus stop is called ‘Besthorpe opposite Morley turn’ 13 a short walk away via a pavement served by the First Bus Service or a taxi.
